OUR HISTORY<\/h3>\n

Our adventure began on 8 July 1987. In 1996 the Serta restaurant underwent a radical renovation: the current main room was added together with an island with a grill (which had formerly been on the terrace) and a new wood-burning oven for pizza and in front of the entrance. This year we have made another dream come true: the new “Giro di Vite” wine cellar was inaugurated with a technologically advanced meeting room next to it.<\/p>\n

OUR ROOMS<\/h3>\n

Our 8 double rooms (also available for single use) are equipped with a shower, toilet, TV, mini-Bar, free super-fast wi-fi and high-end air conditioning. Each room has a name and different, simple furnishings.<\/p>\n

OUR PHILOSOPHY IN THE KITCHEN<\/h1>\n

We are from Irpinia and therefore our cuisine can only draw on the Mediterranean philosophy.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This does not stop us from making forays into other gastronomic realms, however, and we pay attention to specialties from Ticino, all embellished by our Sicilian-Lombard chef Gianvito Cirami who has accompanied us for 14 years with his professionalism and knowledge.<\/p>\n

Our cuisine is based on the seasonality of the products, using raw ingredients of excellent quality: our dishes are fresh, meaning that they are made in the moment.<\/p>\n
