Our adventure began on 8 July 1987. In 1996 the Serta restaurant underwent a radical renovation: the current main room was added together with an island with a grill (which had formerly been on the terrace) and a new wood-burning oven for pizza and in front of the entrance. This year we have made another dream come true: the new “Giro di Vite” wine cellar was inaugurated with a technologically advanced meeting room next to it.
OUR ROOMS
Our 8 double rooms (also available for single use) are equipped with a shower, toilet, TV, mini-Bar, free super-fast wi-fi and high-end air conditioning. Each room has a name and different, simple furnishings.
OUR PHILOSOPHY IN THE KITCHEN
We are from Irpinia and therefore our cuisine can only draw on the Mediterranean philosophy.
This does not stop us from making forays into other gastronomic realms, however, and we pay attention to specialties from Ticino, all embellished by our Sicilian-Lombard chef Gianvito Cirami who has accompanied us for 14 years with his professionalism and knowledge.
Our cuisine is based on the seasonality of the products, using raw ingredients of excellent quality: our dishes are fresh, meaning that they are made in the moment.
